Refund Policy for Photo-Walk Event

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible refund policy for our photo-walk participants:

• If you cancel more than two months before the event, you can either:
  • Apply your payment to a future photowalk (valid through 2026), or
  • Receive a refund minus the $250 registration fee.
• Cancellations between one and two months before the event are eligible for a 50% refund (minus the registration fee) or full credit toward a future photowalk.
• Cancellations within one month are non-refundable, but you can still apply your payment to a future photowalk within the next year.
